AfterWhy Brooklyn Homeowners Trust Kindling Chimney Brooklyn
Danny Cortes runs Kindling Chimney Brooklyn the way he’s run every job since he started in the chimney trade: one step at a time, no skipped details, no alarm bells unless something actually warrants one. A Los Angeles kid becoming Brooklyn’s go-to chimney guy is a little unlikely, sure, but the flue doesn’t care where you’re from. What matters is that everything gets done correctly, and that every homeowner knows exactly what was found and what was fixed.
Every technician who arrives at your door is background-checked and uniformed. They follow the C.A.R.E. values on every visit: Consideration for your home, Accountability for the work, Respect for your time, and Excellence in the result. Shoe covers go on before the front door closes behind them. Drop cloths protect your floors and furniture placement. A photo of the clean-up is taken before the crew leaves, included on every job. And a live person answers calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: no voicemail trees, no callbacks that come days later.
Our repairs and liner work use professional-grade materials from trusted chimney brands: DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield. That means repairs are built to last, not patched to hold. When kids are asleep, our technicians use quiet tools. Where there’s a choice, pet-safe products are used throughout the home. And if anything isn’t done right, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means Kindling makes it right: no fine print, no runaround.
